Navigating the Market

The real estate market is hyperlocal. It’s not about what homes are selling for on average nationally or even across the state; it’s about what is happening in your neighborhood.

I am your local expert and can provide up-to-date information on home values, strategies for buying or selling, and market trends. I have chosen to partner with John L. Scott in part because they are an industry leader that is continually recognized nationally.

I am a 4th generation native of Idaho and I love the Treasure Valley!  Growing up in Caldwell gives me a good feel for Canyon County and I have lived in Boise in the same home for 27 years.  I enjoy meeting up with friends and socializing over a glass of good wine, or going to a concert to listen to live music.  My husband and I love to cook and entertain when we are home. The traveling bug has bit us fairly hard and we like to get out and see new places and new cultures.  We also own a place in Newport, Oregon and go out there a few times a year.

As a Realtor I pride myself with being efficient, on time and giving excellent customer service.  I always answer my phone and try to be responsive as quickly as I can.  I enjoy helping people look for the home of their dreams and helping them in any way I can.  It is especially fun to work with a first time home buyer and teach them as we go through the process!

If someone is wanting to sell their property I am always willing to help them get their home ready for the market.  Many times this requires lots of patience to get things in order before the sale.  It can be a difficult time for some folks but with a little humor and kindness we always get it done.
